50 - 200 BHP SigmaFire
50 to 200 BHP SigmaFire
Clayton’s SigmaFire Boilers are just another example of Clayton’s innovative steam technology. Designed around an easier installation and taking up less floorspace, making it an ideal choice for any application looking for a space saving solution without compromising on steam quality.
Available from 25 to 200 Boiler Horsepower, our complete line of SigmaFire boilers pack all of the technology of our larger boiler sizes into a more compact design. The SigmaFire takes advantage of our patented counterflow heat exchanger, a unique feature on the market. Unlike traditional designs, Clayton makes use of a forced circulation, counterflow heat exchanger. Water is piped through a continues coil in a forced circulation, which we match perfectly in time with our boiler’s firing rates as it passes through the hot gases rising in our combustion chamber. Unlike systems that rely on natural circulation, this approach assures optimal heat transfer and maximizes boiler efficiency, lowering your fuel bills and raising your system’s efficiency.
Another standout feature of our design is our patented steam separator, engineered to deliver industry leading steam quality. Our separator constantly delivers high quality steam in excess of 99% dryness, providing the quality that your industry demands.
The SigmaFire’s design also allows it to occupy less than a third of the floorspace required by traditional boilers. Our design also offers a level of safety not possible in firetube boilers, completely eliminating the chance of a catastrophic steam explosion.
There’s never been a better time to invest in industry leading boiler technology, and you can look no further than the Clayton SigmaFire to power your next application.

Design Features
Clayton Steam Generator once-through, forced-flow water tube boilers (coil tube boiler) use a steel helical coil heat exchanger.
The Clayton Feedwater Pump is a pack-less and seal-less positive displacement type oil reservoir and diaphragm pump.
A counterflow monotube Heat Exchanger is at the heart of Clayton’s design. Heat is transferred from the combustion gases to the feedwater via this unique spiral-wound coil.
A variety of configurations are available for customizing your Clayton commercial steam generation system to your specific needs.
Clayton Industries offers two types of emission reduction systems to meet local air regulations and customer operating parameters.
Temperature and moisture control are paramount to almost all manufacturing processes. Clayton’ fixed-vane separator design helps maintain process stability by providing constant high-quality steam throughout its operating range.
